Dark Raid offers optional one-time purchases and optional rewarded videos. This page explains the purchase types, their limits and where to get help.

License

Dark Raid uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a custom license is expressly shown in the App Store listing. This page supplements that license with purchase information and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Optional purchases

The iOS game offers eight consumable products: five Bits packs and three starter bundles. Bits are an in-game currency; starter bundles grant the contents shown in the game. Check the product description and Apple’s localized price confirmation before buying. These are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal.

The Store unlocks after you finish your first raid, whether you extract successfully or not. Open Store in the lobby or tap the plus sign beside your Bits balance. Purchases do not remove the risk of losing equipment during a raid, and in-game currency and items have no cash redemption value.

Restoration and unfinished purchases

All eight products are consumable. Used Bits and starter kits cannot be restored. Restore purchases rechecks unfinished purchases; it does not reissue consumed items or recreate deleted progress. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Do not delete the app to fix a purchase issue: contact support first.

Progress and iCloud

Your save is kept on the device. If enabled for the game, iCloud can synchronize a save between devices using the same Apple Account. When saves conflict, read the choices carefully before replacing one. Deleting the app does not necessarily erase the iCloud copy. Connectivity, Apple settings and available storage can affect synchronization.

Optional rewarded videos

Videos start only when you choose their button, never automatically or during a raid. The Dispatcher bonus can grant extra cubes after a successful extraction, up to twice a day. Dispatcher supply can grant up to two basic crafting materials, once a day. Eligibility and ad availability apply; the offered reward is shown before you watch. Videos do not grant Bits or paid purchase products. Advertising follows your applicable consent and tracking choices.

Payments, refunds and support

Apple processes purchases and refund requests. See Apple’s refund guidance and purchase restoration guidance. Refunded or revoked purchases may lose their benefits, subject to applicable law. Nothing here removes your statutory rights.
