Include “Dark Raid”, the app version, your device model, iOS version and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal information.

Purchases

The Store opens after your first finished raid. Tap Store in the lobby or the plus sign beside your Bits balance. If a purchase seems unfinished, check your connection and the Apple Account used to buy it, then use Restore purchases. All paid products are consumables: used Bits and starter kits cannot be restored. Contact us before deleting the app. Apple handles refund requests.

Saves and iCloud

Your save is local, with optional synchronization through iCloud. Check that both devices use the same Apple Account and have iCloud enabled for Dark Raid. If the game offers two conflicting saves, compare them before choosing. Deleting the app can remove your local progress; an existing iCloud copy may restore it. We cannot read or remotely recover your iCloud save.

Privacy and analytics

Open Profile → Privacy and analytics. Choose Continue without analytics to turn collection off, or Allow analytics to enable it. Crash reports and remote game settings follow the same choice. Where available, Advertising privacy options reopens Google’s consent form. You can also manage tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Dark Raid. Turning analytics off does not remove optional rewarded ads.

Why is there no rewarded video?

Rewards have gameplay conditions and daily limits. Their buttons appear only when an ad is available. Connection, regional privacy checks and ad supply can affect availability. If Google’s consent check fails, ads stay unavailable until a later launch completes it. You can keep playing without watching ads.

Sound, reminders and Game Center

The sound and noise mechanics are simulated: the game never uses your microphone. Production reminders are local notifications, controlled in iOS Settings → Notifications → Dark Raid. Game Center sign-in is optional; manage its account and privacy settings through Apple’s device settings.

Privacy requests

For access, correction or deletion requests, email support@alexcozygames.com. Explain your request and we will ask only for information needed to find relevant records. There is no developer player account to delete. See the Privacy Policy for local data, Apple services and provider retention.
