License & purchases

Worm Garden uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a custom license is expressly shown in its App Store listing. This page explains purchases; it does not replace that license.
No Ads + Extras
An optional permanent, non-consumable purchase through Apple. There is no recurring charge or subscription. The purchase screen shows Apple’s current localized price before confirmation.
In public version 1.0, the extras are unlimited path hints and one free +3-move boost per attempt, or once per stage in persistent trails. Version 1.0 contains no advertising; the product name is not a claim that it currently removes ads from that version.
In version 1.2 TestFlight, the purchase suppresses advertising offers and provides unlimited Undo in Gardens, one free second chance per Daily attempt, and the gardener gift without a video under its usual availability rules. It does not automatically grant all other video rewards. These Harvest features are not yet the public App Store release as of 10 October 2026.
Restoring the permanent purchase
Open Settings → No Ads + Extras → Restore purchases, using the Apple Account that purchased it. Verified Apple entitlement controls access; a refund or revocation may remove it. Restoring the purchase does not restore local progress.
Gardener’s Bundle — version 1.2 testing
A separate consumable purchase gives 150 Dewdrops and 3 each of Shovel, Fertilizer and Seed. Drops and No Ads + Extras are not included. Repeat purchases require a separate Apple confirmation, with no automatic renewal. Version 1.0 does not offer this bundle. Apple sandbox transactions during testing are not real charges.
Delivery is recorded in your local profile after transaction verification. Restore purchases cannot restore spent consumables or recreate a deleted balance. There is no developer-operated cross-device cloud save. Contact support about missing delivery before deleting the app. In-game currency and supplies have no cash redemption value.
Play On Pack — subsequent version 1.2 update
A separate consumable is being prepared with 10 Story Rewinds, 3 Move Boosts (+5 moves on a limited Story bed, once per attempt), and 5 Daily drops for additional entries or rerolls. It is not in public version 1.0 or TestFlight build 2026101001. It does not include No Ads + Extras or Gardener’s Bundle. Story retries remain free. The purchase screen shows Apple’s localized price; there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Purchased Daily drops do not expire and are stored separately from earned drops. Consumable delivery is recorded locally after Apple verification and is protected against duplicate delivery of the same transaction. Restore purchases does not replenish used supplies or a deleted local balance. Contact support before deleting the app if delivery is missing.
Refunds and consumer rights
Apple handles payments and refund requests. See Apple’s refund guidance. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
